Cerimani offers free repairs for any of our jewelry pieces bought in the past year. We do charge a $20 fee to process and send back to our craftsmen in Thailand.
To send in your jewelry for repair, please email us at email@example.com and include the following information:
Detailed description of the repair
Receipt (if possible)
Clear photograph of the item
Once you have provided the above information, we will send you a packing slip and service order number to track your repair. Please be sure to print out the packing slip and include it with your jewelry. If you purchased your jewelry less than a year ago, please include a copy of your receipt. We recommend insuring the package with UPS and keeping the tracking number for your records. Please pack repair item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit.
Unfortunately, we do not return original packaging, so please do not send any repair item with packaging materials such as jewelry boxes or pouches that require to be returned.
We will contact you once your jewelry has been received and evaluated, which can take up to 36 hours after your item has been received by our repair center. If you require any assistance, we are always here to help you. Please just drop us an email!
Once we receive your package, your jewelry will be dispatched to our craftsmen who will help repair it to like-new condition. Thank you!
